Explore how Aromatherapy can help aid hair and scalp conditions

Diseases and conditions of the hair and scalp are described as ‘objective’ in their symptomatology, meaning that it can be seen. Because of this, many clients suffer depression, lack of self-esteem and low confidence.

The conditions described in this course can be quite severe, but aromatherapy can help many of them to improve and in time, to recover. We will discuss the conditions one by one, giving aromatherapy advice after each condition. In the appendices, you will find client help sheets on hair thinning due to various causes, including chemotherapy and alopecia, which can be copied and given to the client, or discussed during their treatment session.
