This course teaches students to use light finger touch techniques to help delay the signs of ageing and improve texture and general skin condition.
Facials are often seen as a relaxing treatment to pamper a client, but this facial routine will not only pamper but will actively relax the facial muscles and help to tighten the skin of the face, neck and décolletage to give a rejuvenated appearance.
During this course you will look at the muscular structure of the face, neck and décolletage in order to help to understand how wrinkles can form and how to help prevent this.
Introduction to, and practice of, finger massage techniques, to include; tapping, stroking, lifting and other facial massage techniques will be taught to help increase the circulation of the face and to tone the muscles with the aim to help combat the signs of aging.
The course will also teach the anti-oxidant properties of certain essential oils, carrier oils and skincare to enhance the treatment, to help benefit our skin, and keep it youthful.
This course teaches a treatment which every woman will appreciate and will develop your aromatherapy practice.
