Description
Fingerlift Facials
This course teaches students to use light finger touch techniques to help delay the signs of ageing and improve texture and general skin condition. Facials are often seen as a relaxing treatment to pamper a client, but this facial routine will not only pamper but will actively relax the facial muscles and help to tighten the skin of the face, neck and décolletage to give a rejuvenated appearance.
During Fingerlift Facials course, you will look at the muscular structure of the face, neck and décolletage in order to help understand how wrinkles can form and how to help prevent this. Introduction to, and practice of, finger massage techniques, including; tapping, stroking, lifting and other facial massage techniques will be taught to help increase the circulation of the face and to tone the muscles with the aim to help combat the signs of ageing.
The course will also teach the anti-oxidant properties of certain essential oils, carrier oils and skincare to enhance the treatment, to help benefit our skin, and to keep it youthful.
This course teaches a treatment which every woman will appreciate and will develop your aromatherapy practice.

What to Wear?
Students at the Academy are encouraged to be relaxed and at ease. For this reason, it is recommended loose comfortable trousers and tops that enable easy movement and do not restrict the body. All loose tops and shirts should be tucked in to prevent ‘trailing’ on the client for practical courses. Shoes should be flat-heeled and comfortable.
