Booking a Course – In-House Courses
Please ensure that you read and understand the following information before booking an academy course:
Bookings for courses can be made online. You will be asked for full payment of the course fee or given the option to pay for your course in instalments by choosing to ‘pay in three’ with PayPal or in four instalments via Clear Pay. You can also book via telephone on 01455 251020. Payment will need to be paid in full for your course should you choose this option.
All bookings will be acknowledged with a letter of acceptance, sent via email unless otherwise requested, and there will be an official enrollment form to fill out and return to the academy together with copies of all pre-requisite qualifications.
Cancellation Policy – In-House Courses
- Cancellations giving over 14 days’ notice will receive a full refund (or have funds transferred to another course booking) less a cancellation fee of £10.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date will forfeit 50% of the full course fee paid. Non-attendees on the day of the course will forfeit the full course fee.
If a course fails to reach minimum booking numbers by 14 days of the start date, it will be considered not viable, and the student will be given one of the following options:
- To be given a free transfer to the next available course of the same title or value.
- To take their chosen course via distance learning (if it is available as such).
- To have a bespoke one-to-one training session (there will be an additional charge for this option)
What to Wear?
Students at the Academy are encouraged to be relaxed and at ease. For this reason, it is recommended loose comfortable trousers and tops that enable easy movement and do not restrict the body. All loose tops and shirts should be tucked in to prevent ‘trailing’ on the client for practical courses. Shoes should be flat-heeled and comfortable.
