Booking on Open Day
Please ensure that you read and understand the following information before booking on Open Day:
Booking can be made online. You will be asked for full payment of the course fee or given the option to pay for your course in instalments by choosing to ‘pay in three’ with PayPal (if applicable) or in four instalments via Clear Pay. You can also book via telephone on 01455 251020. Payment will need to be paid in full should you choose this option.
All bookings will be acknowledged with a letter of acceptance, sent via email unless otherwise requested, and there will be an official enrollment form to fill out and return to the academy together with copies of all pre-requisite qualifications.
Cancellation Policy – Open Day
- Cancellations giving over 14 days’ notice will receive a full refund (or have funds transferred to another course booking) less a cancellation fee of £10.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the Open Day date will forfeit 50% of the full course fee paid. Non-attendees on the day of the course will forfeit the full Open Day fee.
